DAILY MAIL – Dalton Wong is one of the world?s leading personal trainers and the founder of the Twenty Two Training gym in London. His celebrity clients include Jennifer Lawrence, Amanda Seyfried, Zo? Kravitz and Kit Harington.

Jennifer says: ?I was introduced to Dalton back in 2010 when he trained me for X-Men: First Class. We then spent ten to 12 hours a day together for three months, working out between filming on set. Dalton changed my body for that movie and gave me the skills to change my life for ever. It?s all about achieving a balance.
We remain good friends ? whenever I?m in London I love to train in his gym, then afterwards we go out for burgers and fries with his family.
Dalton is different to other trainers because he understands what my body needs to look its best ? how to exercise, when to allow time to unwind, how to enjoy food.
I could never live on a ?diet? and instead Dalton has taught me how to eat, move and live a delicious but healthy life. I will always thank him for that. I?m so happy he has written a book with such a wonderful message.?
