‘X-Men: First Class’ and Jennifer Lawrence pre-nominated for People’s Choice Awards 2012! Vote!

People’s Choice Awards 2012 Pre-Nomination Voting has just begun and we can be really satisfied with the results. ‘X-Men: First Class’ is nominated in 3 categories such as ‘Favorite Action Movie’ and ‘Favorite Ensemble Movie Cast’.

First Class dominated ‘Favorite Movie Superhero’ category as well — on the list we can see names of James McAvoy (Professor X), January Jones (Emma Frost), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast) and Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique)! What’s more, Jennifer has a chance to compete for People’s Choice ‘Favorite Movie Star Under 25’ award with other young actors, including Chloe Moretz, Daniel Radcliffe, Elizabeth Olsen, Emma Stone, Josh Hutcherson and many more.

That’s the only the pre-nomination voting. The top five in each category will become the official this year’s nominees of People’s Choice Awards 2012.

Quick news – Jennifer Lawrence didn’t win Scream Awards’ Best Fantasy Actress.

Spike Tv’s Scream Awards’ voting is already closed. Yesterday the show was taped at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California but it premieres Tuesday, October 18 at 9/8c PM, ET/PT on Spike TV and will be simulcast on VH1 and VH1 Classic. Now we know that Jennifer didn’t attend the show. It’s a great pity that Jennifer is hiding somewhere (but we still hope that we’ll see her new photos sooner or later).

Anyway, we already know all the winners and unfortunately there is no Jennifer Lawrence on the list… She was nominated for Best Fantasy Actress, but the award went to Natalie Portman for her role in critically acclaimed Black Swan. As you probably know, X-Men: First Class was nominated in 14 categories, but won only 2 awards – for Best Fantasy Movie and Best Cameo (deserved, Hugh Jackman was hilarious! :D). And that’s it…

Scans from movie magazines – Total Film, October and November issues.

Hello, I’ve added to the photo gallery some new scans from movie magazines. They are mainly related to Jennifer’s upcoming project — The Hunger Games. In November issue of british Total Film we can read why the movie is worth seeing, so if you still hesitate about watching Hunger Games, read the article. I added scans from October issue of Total Magazine as well which include a little info about The Hunger Games and X-Men: First Class DVD review. Here are the scans –

Unfortunately they don’t contain any new photos, but it’s always good to read something connected with Jennifer ;-).

X-Men: First Class star Lucas Till talks movie sequel and Jennifer Lawrence.

At an event this week on the 20th Century Fox lot promoting the new Blu-ray release of the hit summer film X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, Assignment X spoke with actor Lucas Till who plays new mutant Havok (aka Alex Summers) in the film. In the interview he talks his character, working on the set of the movie, potential sequel and Jennifer Lawrence. Here?s what he had to say?

Are you contracted for more movies?
I think we?re all set for the next two.

Have they talked about when the next movie would start?
No, I?m fine with that ? just give them time to really do it.

You were lucky because you didn?t have to do much FX work on X-MEN.
I was fortunate. I didn?t have to do anything, except my suit which until the last week didn?t have a zipper for my crotch. So I couldn?t go pee very easily, because I would have to unzip because it?s like a double-breasted suit. That was probably the hardest part ? and having to wait in my room. I would sit there and play RED DEAD: REDEMPTION for eight hours a day sometimes and not even work. Whereas Nick [Hoult] and Jennifer [Lawrence] and Jason [Flyming] had to go through hours of make-up before anyone got there.

Apart from that, Lucas talked with HitFlix at the Blu-ray/DVD release of X-Men: First Class in Hollywood on Thursday. He said:

I have so much respect for Jason, Jennifer, and Nick. They had to go through like hours of makeup before we even got there. It’s just rough.
